Cervical range of motion is one of the most commonly measured functional outcomes in musculoskeletal practice. Yet standard clinical tools — tape measures, bubble inclinometers, handheld goniometers — introduce substantial inter-rater variability and depend entirely on practitioner technique.

AROMatic is developed by Cubic Labs LLC, an instrumentation and measurement science company based in Lafayette, Indiana. The application applies computer vision and pose estimation techniques to a problem that has gone unsolved in clinical practice for decades: making cervical range-of-motion measurement objective, repeatable, and fast.
